NorCal Public Media - Connect the Bay Series
TV Producer Rick Bacigalupi kindly reached out to me to ask if I would be part of his Connect the Bay series highlighting local artists and creators. Filming a short segment for television is surprisingly challenging, as I was pushed to think about and communicate my own artistic experience and journey--in front of the camera! I'm thankful that Rick did such a wonderful job and hope my viewers enjoy seeing this glimpse of my process.

My work frequently makes allusion to my Asian heritage, but it has been many years since I last appeared in Malaysian press. Recently, my longtime friend and former student Vicky kindly published an interview with me in the New Sarawak Tribune, a local newspaper in my home state.
